Having originated in 1978 as The Welcome Wagon, Cary Newcomers Club has a long history of providing its members with opportunities to meet and make new friends through participation in a variety of enjoyable activities.

Today, the "CNC" membership includes residents of surrounding communities, not just from Cary zip codes!  Its motto has become, "you don't have to be new to join the fun,"

The Cary Newcomers Club promotes new associations and friendships through shared social activities, and has many special interest member activities each month in addition to its general meetings.

All area residents are eligible for membership, without regard to race, creed, sex, national origin, or any other social factor.

The Cary Newcomers Club has dozens of special interest groups and activities that meet monthly (or more frequently). Participating and serving in one or more special interest activities is a great way to introduce yourself and make lasting friendships.
