ABOUT REGENCY PARK PARTNERSHIP (RPP) COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS

While we always welcome help with content development, social media, and volunteer relations, the easiest way to begin volunteering with us is as a Community Volunteer (CV).

How You Can Help

Community Volunteers play a key role in extending our reach within the Nextdoor networks where they live. Many of these networks serve thousands of residents often ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 subscribers.

Our CVs help us by:

  • Bringing to our attention local articles, press releases, and other news that fit the criteria of our mission.

  • Posting Nextdoor updates once every six weeks to let their neighbors know about RPP’s latest content.

Each post will have their name and company affiliation, strengthening both their visibility and their connection to the community.

How We Can Help Smaller & Emerging Businesses

Serving as an RPP Community Volunteer can also benefit those with their own businesses. Name and brand recognition on a trusted community platform helps remind neighbors that you are both a business professional and a community-minded volunteer.

When a new CV joins RPP, they (and their company) receive one-time recognition through:

  • A special announcement in their own Nextdoor network

  • Recognition across all other Nextdoor networks served by RPP

  • A highlight in the Announcements Module on our homepage

  • A feature in our semi-annual affiliate and registered newsletter

Contributors Web Page

Every volunteer is listed on:

  • Our area map locator

  • The volunteer directory

  • The Company Contributors section, showcasing participating businesses

Additional Brand Recognition Opportunities

Beyond regular update posts, volunteers may also be featured through:

  • Optional Nextdoor posts (non-compulsory), published under your name

  • Recognition in our Close to Home series, where we feature community news with you as the credited author

  • Recognition as a Guest Contributor for one of our more in-depth Conversations

Don’t worry — our content team prepares the Close to Home articles and Guest Contributor remarks for you.
