SAVING OUR RED WOLVES
Red wolves once existed throughout the U.S. but were nearly driven to extinction by the mid-1900s. After a small captive population was established in the late 1970s, the red wolf was declared extinct in the wild in 1980. See what one NC nonprofit is doing to help the survival of the Red Wolf.
